Must Lawn & Landscape

We switched to Must Lawn & Landscape this season after 4 years with our previous service provider and have been thrilled with the change. Must L&L does great work, they don't overcharge, and Griffin is an outstanding communicator with great accountability. During the first few months of service set up at our property he personally inspected the work being done and found many things that needed to be corrected that I wouldn't have noticed. He also consistently reaches out for feedback and immediately corrects any issues that don't meet quoted expectations. The mowing crews took a few mows to get used to the property lines, but now mow constantly and don't miss spots like the previous company we worked with. The crews that come out for ad-hoc jobs and clean ups always check in before and after to make sure we are happy with the work that was done and check if there is anything else they can do (shout out to Devin and his crew for the great job laying landscape rock around our beds). Couldn't be happier with Must L&L. You won't find a business that will do perfect work every time but it's very rare to find a business these days like Must L&L that both does great work and takes personal accountability to fix any issues to ensure the work they do is great. Must L&L does it the right way.
